Field Sales Representative –
Brussels & Wallonia

You’ll lead the development of Club-Mate in Brussels and Wallonia, with a strong focus on horeca.

Your role
  • Develop and manage a horeca customer portfolio
  • Present, promote and sell our products
  • Leverage and grow an existing horeca network
  • Build and manage the regional sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and define actions to reach sales targets
  • Prepare sales pitches and monthly forecasts
  • Monitor competitors and report market insights
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing and operations
  • Use CRM and sales tools to manage performance
  • Open new accounts and develop our footprint in bars, cafés, clubs, cultural venues
    and events.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with horeca entrepreneurs, event organizers and
    wholesalers.
  • Reach sales volume in the off-trade market by adding new retail accounts.
  • Develop existing retail customers through upsell, improved facing and long-term
    account management.
Your profile
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of horeca and FMCG environments
  • Autonomous, organized and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Bilingual: Dutch & French or English
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Representative
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
